Mandela Barnes: The Opportunities Left with the Jobs

Milwaukee lost more than jobs when deindustralization hit the city, said Wisconsin Lt. Governor Mandela Barnes. He told the Out of Reach crew that opportunities also evaporated, leaving the city segregated, with widening and worrying educational and financial divides.
